We work honestly towards keeping our customers elated and satisfied with the products delivered to them, but we need to be considerate towards the efforts and hard work of our designers and artisans involved in getting these products to you. Our policies are designed being mindful of that.

All our products go through stringent quality checks. Slight irregularity in texture and colour of the product is not a defect, but the innate uniqueness of our handcrafted garments.


Size issues – Delivered product can be exchanged with another size (product needs to be in original condition with tags and packaging intact/new/unused/unworn/unaltered/unwashed). Please mail us at within 48 hours of delivery of the product and we will get in touch with you to guide you with the exchange process. In case a new size in not available with us, we shall offer you a Store Credit valid for 6 months from the date of agreement of exchange. Kindly refer to our ‘Size Guide’ before making a purchase for better clarity of size and fit of the product.


Damaged product – Before shipping, all our products are quality checked multiple times at various stages to deliver consistent quality. However, if you are not satisfied with the product received by you or have received a damaged product, please let us know via email at within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Any pictures attached will speed up the process. We shall initiate a replacement order depending on stock and availability. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the damage, we will offer you a Store Credit valid for 6 months from the date of agreement of exchange.


Others – In case you wish to exchange the delivered product with a different style option, please mail us at within 48 hours of receipt of the product and we shall assist you with the further process. The replacement order will have to be of the same or higher value as the original product. Shipping charges in this case will be borne by the customer.



  • If an item is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged again.
  • For any exchange with a new product, it must be of the same or higher value.
  • Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Products on offers or sale or discount are non-exchangeable. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for exchange/store credit before purchasing.
  • All Sale/Discounted/Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Delivered products need to be in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items showing any signs of wear/being used are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Only after receiving and checking the returned product, further process for either exchange or store credit will be initiated.
  • Store credit will be given in terms of a special coupon of the same value, for one-time use only. The difference in cost of the exchanged product will be chargeable.
  • Products eligible for replacement or exchange should reach back to us within 14 days of delivery.
  • is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur during the return of a product.
  • Please note that will not refund any additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur.
  • The cost of shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, will take care of the shipping. Liability of this courier is on you. Any loss or damage of couriers sent by you for exchange will not be our responsibility. 
  • Product replacement or exchange will take the same delivery time as the original product or the exchanged product.
